Shipping Policy

At BE DRIVORA, we aim to make delivery simple and straightforward. Below you’ll find information about dispatch, delivery times and getting help with your order.

Where we deliver

We currently ship from Ireland to addresses within the Republic of Ireland. Available delivery options and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order processing

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day after payment has been confirmed.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Irish public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times

Standard delivery within Ireland is estimated to take 1–3 business days after dispatch. Please allow up to 2–4 business days in total, including order processing.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Public holidays, busy periods or carrier disruptions may occasionally cause delays. If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Any applicable free shipping offer will also be shown at checkout.

Dispatch confirmation and tracking

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched. Where tracking is available for your selected delivery service, we will include the tracking details.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully, including your Eircode, before placing an order.

If you need to correct your address, contact info@bedrivora.com as soon as possible and include your order number. We will do our best to help, although changes may not be possible once your order has been dispatched.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or it arrives damaged or with an incorrect item, please contact info@bedrivora.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

For damaged or incorrect items, photos of the item and packaging can help us investigate. We will work with you and, where necessary, the delivery provider to resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
